Processing Time
1. Production will only begin once a 50% down payment has been made.2. For orders of 100 pieces or fewer, production takes approximately 2 to 3 days. For bulk orders (more than 100 pieces), please allow 5 to 7 business days for production. Please note that production time does not include shipping or delivery.3. To ensure timely and quality production, we highly recommend placing your order at least 1 week before the event for Metro Manila deliveries, and 2 weeks prior for provincial deliveries.4. We value respectful communication and reserve the right to decline orders from rude or disrespectful buyers.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable down payment is required after placing an order to confirm and begin production. This down payment helps cover the initial costs of materials and labor. In case of cancellation, it serves as compensation for the expenses already incurred during the preparation and production process.The remaining 50% remaining balance, along with the shipping fee, must be paid before the products are shipped.Please make sure you are 100% certain before placing your order, as the down payment is non-refundable once production has started.

Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders through J&T Express, Flash Express, and LBC Express. For same-day deliveries within Metro Manila or nearby areas, we use Grab or Lalamove.All shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer. A shipping form will be provided once your order is ready for dispatch.To ensure the safety of your items during transit, a minimal packaging fee ranging from ₱10 to ₱30 will be charged upon completion of your order. The fee may vary depending on the size and quantity of the order.Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage once the order has been handed over to the courier, as all items are dispatched in good condition.Important Reminder:
For refund or replacement claims, a full and uncut unboxing video is required. The video must be taken from the moment the package is opened. Without an unboxing video, we will not honor any refund or replacement requests.
